Preparation
 
1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For 1 liter of Infusion 2-3 teabags are sufficient.
 
Leave to stand 3-5 minutes for a boosting effect
Leave to stand up to 10 minutes for a calming effect
